4.1 Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless specifically stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

4.3 Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on all parts and labour from the date of completion of work, subject to normal usage and proper maintenance. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Industrial Compressors Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. All our engineers are fully trained and qualified. We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards.
